Melaka is a shopper's paradise. There are a number of mammoth shopping complexes, rows and rows of shop houses and numerous quaint little corner stalls selling anything and everything. Prices at the shopping complexes are fixed and there is no bargaining but do inquire about discounts. In normal shops and stalls, bargaining is recommended. There are also duty free outlets for foreign tourists.
